how to order
Once you have looked through our range of products and have decided what you
wish to purchase, take a look at the price tables below.
We are using Paypal to handle our online transactions which is a secure site
that takes your credit/debit card payment and sends it to us.
When you click "Add to Cart" a PayPal window opens showing what is in your
shopping cart so far. You may add or remove items in the cart. Close the
cart window to continue shopping, or select "continue shopping."
When you have selected everything you want, use the "Checkout" button
located at the end of the page after all of the price tables. If you already
have a Paypal account, you can just log in from this page. If you don't have
a Paypal account then just follow the on screen instructions.
After PayPal have collected your payment, they email us a copy of your order
plus delivery name & address (but not your card details). There is a space
provided on the order page to add additional information.
Goods are despatched within 28 days which allows time for your items to be
handmade specifically to your requirements. Orders for wedding stationery
must be placed 2 months prior to the date you wish to send them out and
final details (names of guests, and any other printing details) must be sent
one month in advance.
Returns Policy
If, within 7 days of receiving the goods, you are not pleased with your
purchase you may return undamaged items at your postal expense. We will
refund your card for the price you paid.
All of the prices listed below are inclusive of all taxes. The only extra
charges will be postage and these will be added at the checkout BEFORE you
proceed to pay.
